How To Import Lot Numbers For An Auction Through an Import File

1. Click "Auction".




2. Click "Auction Manager".




3. Click on the desired Auction Event to manage the lot numbers.




4. Click the "Dashboard" option.




5. Click the "Auction Lots" option.




6. Click here.




7. Click "Export Auction".




8. Open the Auction Export file to edit the Lot Number column.

9. Find the Lot Number column.




10. Add the lot numbers to the Lot Number column.



11. Finish adding the lot numbers.




Alert: Make sure to save the file in .xlsx format to Import Lot Numbers in Innova

12. Click "Lock Run Order".




13. Click "Import Lot Numbers".




14. Search for the Auction Export file that is .xlsx format.




15. Click "Upload" once you have selected the file that is .xlsx format.




16. See the items now have lot numbers as set in the Auction Export / Import File.
