Export Accounts and Contacts
Ability to export accounts with contacts this includes the address on the account, contacts do not have addresses. The Account details will be listed on the left side up to the X column and starting on column Y the contact details will show. They are separated by a thick line.
Note: The account will be listed multiple times if there are multiple contacts in that account to display which account the contact belongs to. See red box in image 2.

Ability to Delete Items
Ability to delete items. There is a permission to hide the delete item option.
Items are unable to be deleted if they:
- Have been through an event
- Sold
- Buyback
- House
- Awaiting inspection to be complete
- Have a lien (can be removed then item can be deleted)
- Have a value service (can be removed then item can be deleted)
- In an event (can be unallocated and then item can be removed)

Third Party Shortcut Buttons for Third Party Auctions
There is a checkbox to have the buttons show on items for third party auctions.
Check the box beside the “Make Link Live On Site” text to show the shortcut buttons.
You can find this setting under Auction Manager > Auction > Providers (or edit an existing provider to see options)

Download Settlement Statements in Bulk
An update to how you download settlement statements in bulk on the payables page.
There is now a “Requests” button at the top of the page. This will take you to a page with a list of current and previous download requests.

CardPointe Integration
Innova has the option to integrate with CardPointe. This enables collecting payments through terminals, through the CardPointe online portal or customers can make payments through the storefront customer portal. (Note: Customers can retrieve their release tickets from the customer portal once they’ve paid for the item)
Pay by credit card in the customer portal.

Inspection App
We’re finalizing improvements that will be released sometime in the next few weeks – keep an eye out for an email from us.
A few reminders about the use of the Inspection App:
- Allow your images to upload and wait for the red bubble to hidden before adding more work orders and info into inspection points.
- Camera settings on the iPhone must be set correctly for photos to upload correctly. Under Settings > Camera > Formats > Select “Most Compatible” option
- Videos must be longer than 3 seconds to upload to the Back Office.
Improvements for in app camera functionality and general improvements to the user interface.
An option under Settings to reset work orders in error status the package name will now show on new work orders.
