Release Notes for Version 2.5.5

Ability to clerk items for one money or times the money on the clerk board

Adjusting the number in the quantity field to be more than 1 will enable "times the money" clerking. You can also edit a sale and editing the quantity in the popup will also enable "times the money "clerking. Setting the quantity back to 1 will return the sale back to clerking for "one money".

1. Clerking times the money and the total amount is calculated.

2. Editing the sale where the quantity and amount can be changed.

Downloaded PDFs are no longer locked and can be edited and annotated

PDF documents downloaded from Innova were previously locked and were unable to be edited or annotated. You can now use a PDF editor to make changes to Invoices, Settlement Statements and other downloaded documents.

Ability to remove and delete completed payment requests

Completed payment requests can now be removed and deleted. Payment requests which have been completed through the work order board can now be removed.

Bulk downloading settlement statements will go to Exports page

Selecting and downloading settlement statements from the Payables page will send the download request, and file, to the Exports page. There will be a message with a shortcut link to the Exports page when the request has been created.
