Receivables Page (Beta)
This page will be replacing the current Not Invoiced and Invoice Aging pages when beta testing is complete. We appreciate your feedback as you start
using the Receivables page.
This page includes Invoice Aging, Not Invoiced and Consignors Owe. Each tab has a unique filter and more.
· See unpaid invoices on the invoice aging tab.
· Create new invoices or add to existing invoices on the Not Invoiced tab.
· See a list of Consignors owing money to you, or that have pending adjustments (waiting on titles or payments from buyers) on this page.

Clerk Board Updates
· Pending sales for unregistered floor bidders are clerked to floor bidders automatically when they are registered with that number.
· General improvements to 3rd party importing, pending sales and clerking.
· Ability to Rollback Sale from the Clerk board when editing lots
Inventory Stickers
Print Inventory stickers for each item in a package, or by the item.
All items in the package: Package > Action Gear > Inventory

For a single item >Go to Item > Action Gear > Inventory Sticker
Reports
Revenue - Buyer Fee Details – this is a breakdown of Buyer Fees charged in a given time period. The report will display the last 30 days by default. Utilize the filter to see fees related to a specific Event, Date Range, Fee and/or Account. This report is available to download in both Excel and PDF formats. *Currently, Credit Card
Convenience fees and Terp Tax are not currently included in this report.
Revenue - Commission Details – this is a by-item detail of Commission Revenue. The report will display the last 30 days by default. Utilize the filter to see fees related to a specific Account, Event and/or Date Range. This report is available to download in both Excel and PDF formats.

Updates:
· Inventory Status Report PDF report now includes the Lot #, Stock # and Asset #
· Inventory Status Report Excel report now includes Stock #
3rd Party Auction, Import and Providers
· Unpublished Events – Hide events until you are ready for them to be seen on your
storefront. Unpublished events will not appear in the Upcoming Auction listing
and items allocated to an Unpublished event will also not appear in the inventory
· Bid Spotter added as a Provider option
· Equipment Facts Bidder Import– you can now import the bidder export from Equipment Facts without removing any rows or columns
· Attendees can now have multiple 3rd party bidder numbers

Download Release Tickets in bulk from Invoices page
View download requests for invoices and release tickets
- Add strikethrough for voided invoices on Accounts page
- Added Cash as payment method for Invoice Credit Refund

Inspection App Coming Soon
We will be changing how we deliver updates for the Inspection App. It will be an unlisted App on the App Store.
· Convert HEIC/HEIF images to JPG/JPEG taken through the app so they show in Back Office
· In App camera will refocus
· Reduce crashes when using the camera and app
The app can be downloaded here. We will send email updates with instructions how to download new versions when app updates are ready to be downloaded.
