How to Create a New Value Service

As you provide services for your consignors you will want to track this inside of Innova.

These services could be transportation, storage, painting, replacing batteries, a wash or any other resource or effort to improve the value of the item or any service provided for your sellers.

How to Create a New Value Service Steps

1. Login to Innova and have the correct permissions to add value services under Settings > Operations.

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Operations"

4. Click "Value Services"

5. Click the "Create" icon.

6. Enter your new value service in the "Service" field. We will use Fuel as an example.

7. Select the Tax Code for your value service.

8. Enter the corresponding GL Account.

9. Enter the default cost of the service. This can be entered manually when you add a value service to a package or an item later. $100 will work if you are not sure.

10. You can enter the default markup % to charge customers. This can also be adjusted when adding the value service to the package or item.

11. Click "Save" when you are ready to complete the new value service.
