How To Create a New Package

Creating a package is required to intake inventory and enter the items into the Innova system.

You need to have an account first before you can create a package. Learn how to create a new account if you do not have one for your consignor.



Create Package for Next Auction in CRM Platform



1. Login to Innova to create a new package.



2. Click "Accounts"



3. Click the field and enter the account name. We will use "Yourz" as our example.




4. Click "Search"




5. Click the desired account to create a package for. (YOURZ Auction Company is our example account)




6. Click "Create Package"




7. Click the "Package Name:" field and enter the desired name of the package. This will make it easy to identify as you prepare for your auction.




8. Click this dropdown, select the respective deal type. We will use consignment in our example.




9. Click this dropdown to select the sale type. We will use Auction in this example.




10. Click this dropdown to select the package type. We will select "Open" package in this example.




11. Select the region. In this example we will select "Main".




12. Click "Save" to finish creating the package.
