New Back Office Features
Clone Item Feature
This new option can easily create copies of new items and can be used when using the "Add Item" option inside of a package. Save time creating many lots in a short amount of time.
Select the Clone Item option before you save. When creating the new item you will see a success message at the top of the page and this create item page will keep all of the information ready to create as many items with the same, or similar, details as you need.
Value Service Credit and Expense
There is now an option to mark a value service as a credit as needed to help track adjustments on the settlement statement.
The credit can be added to the package or to items just like a regular value service expense.

Export Auction Media by Item Number
There is now an option to export all inventory in an event and listed by their Item #. All items in the auction will be included in the auction media export.
Auction Summary Report
There is now a report which can be shared with consignors before and after auction events.
This report will clearly show the items, lot numbers, reserve, hammer and total hammer.
You can access this report when managing an auction and going to the Consignors page. Use the checkbox to select which consignor reports you'd like to export.
Click the download icon to create an export request which will include a report for each selected consignor on the page.
Preview: The Auction Summary report will include the account name, account #, event name, event #, event date and date created.
Preview: The list of items will show the lot number (*PEND for pending payments), description, sold status, reserve and hammer, with a hammer total at the bottom of the item list.
Bidder Card Terms and Conditions
A new configuration has been added so that you can select a specific document to show for your Bidder Card Terms and Conditions.
For example you can include the important points of your Terms and Conditions on the bidder
General Improvements and Fixes
- Can now delete items in the Back Office if the work order was deleted and not completed
- Updated liens to display correct lien total in the package
- Pagination on Payables page fixed
New Simulcast Features
Media Loading Indication on the Presenter Board
The presenter board will inform you if media is still being loaded. We suggest waiting until all media is loaded before placing items on the block or manually adjusting the presenter board.
Jump to Lot on Presenter Board
Quickly jump to the desired lot while manually operating the presenter board.
Create and Edit Default Acknowledgments
There's a new page to create under Settings > Acknowledgments in the Back Office where you can create default Acknowledgments that will be pulled into any new Simulcast event created.
Note: Deleting or adding new Acknowledgements in the Event Settings page does not update this default list.
Display Message to Pre-Bidders Bidding on Group Lots
- A message has been added to inform users that their bid on group lots will be used in the first round of bidding on the group.
General Simulcast Improvements and Fixes
- Improve group creation process by placing passed items at the bottom of the list.
- Add option to hide or show Max Bid on Auctioneer Board
- Fixed issue in some cases where thumbnails were not displaying
- Jump to lots issue on large list of lots on virtual ringman page is now resolved
- Added a placeholder image on the presenter board for items that do not have any media
Linked Simulcast Events Improvements
- General improvements to user navigation for linked events and guiding messages when managing attendees in events.
