We've been making improvements to improve auction preparation, allow multi-ring or multi-day linked events, clarity for bidders and reporting on top of fixing reported inconveniences and issues.
Note: If you experience any issues after this update, please clear your cache. Follow this Scribe document for detailed instructions.
Item Page:
Quantity field on the Item Page which will adjust the amount to multiply the hammer if the quantity is greater than 1. This field is used to indicate lots that will be sold "times the money".
Example: A quantity of 2 with a bid of $100 will equal a hammer of $200.
Important Note: Pre-bids will be kept and multiplied by the quantity entered. Check for pre-bids on items before adjusting quantity.
Release Tickets:
Buyer Email can be added to release tickets. This is optional - reach out for assistance to add or remove the buyer email on the release tickets.
Linked Events:
You can now create a linked event when creating and editing auctions.
When editing and create auctions there is a dropdown to create a link between events. An example of linked events would be multi-day or multi-ring.
When bidders register to one event, they are registered to the linked event with the same bidder number to keep it consistent and simple.
On the Auction Manager there is a place to see that the event is a linked event and the event ID. This is a clickable shortcut to the event that is linked.
Updated Report:
Added invoice number and invoice date columns to the Invoice Register Details report, and excel and PDF exports.
NEW Report: The new "Item Fee Details Report" which will enable you to filter and see all Item Fees.
Reminder: Item Fees will become Buyer Fees when the item is purchased. Item fees can be removed before selling the item as needed.
